Welcome to Orizontes Hellenic Dance Conference! Anemos is thrilled to be hosting you and your dance group for a weekend of connection, learning, and the celebration of Greek folklore.

Registration for conference participants is $335 per participant and includes the below:

Accommodation & Transportation:
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations. Room blocks are available at the Executive Hotel Vancouver Airport, which also offers a free Airport Shuttle to hotel guests. Additional details will be provided upon registration - please ensure you indicate that you will need a room/rooms.​

A room block has been arranged at the Executive Inn Vancouver Airport for conference attendees. The special conference rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates, subject to availability.

Conference Rules & Regulations

All participants, instructors, and attendees are required to adhere to the following:

  • Workshops are restricted to registered participants only. No guests or observers are permitted

  • Participants must attend their assigned sessions and remain for the duration of each workshop

  • Punctuality is required for all scheduled activities

  • Respect toward instructors, musicians, organizers, and fellow participants is mandatory

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

  • Any damage to venue property will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved

Orizontes reserves the right to remove any participant who fails to comply with these expectations, without refund.

​

Liability

  • Participation in dance workshops and related activities involves physical exertion.

  • By attending Orizontes, participants acknowledge and accept all associated risks. The organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

Media

  • Photography and video recording may take place throughout the conference.

  • By attending, participants consent to the use of this material for promotional and archival purposes.

​

Registration & Payment

  • Registration must be completed through the official registration form

  • Space is limited and will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment

  • Payment instructions will be provided following registration

  • Late registrations may not be accommodated

​

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations prior to September 9, 2026 may be subject to an administrative fee of $50

  • Cancellations on or after September 9 are non-refundable

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • Any applicable refunds will be processed after the conference

​

Agreement

By registering for Orizontes Hellenic Dance Conference, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by all policies and guidelines outlined above.
